I really enjoyed the eastern half of this trail, as you’re losing elevation and sticking close to a nice creek. There were some awesome disperse campsites along the eastern half of the trail. Once you reach the Allegheny Reservoir I thought the trail became a little boring. Given a second chance, I would probably explore other trails in the area.
