sky rim trail
the yellowstone employees' favorite hike; everyone loves the views from sky rim. guaranteed awesome even if there is no wildlife. I saw bighorn sheep along the rim.
however this is the gallatin bear management area which sees a lot of griz activity according to the park website. ymmv but you'll probably be fine.
