Cascade Mountain descent (2022-08-13)
I recorded the descent because it's always more accurate than the ascent. You don't have to find the route since you already done it on your way up. This track is very accurate, for this reason.
This is a hard hike because of the approach length and the great elevation gain in the last 3 km (almost 1000 m). It just doesn't give you a break!
The trail is not exposed to present any danger but you still need to pay attention where you place your foot because the rock can be really slippery and loose.
The views from the top are worth the effort and all that teeth grinding. :)
Make sure you carry a lot of water with you and sufficient bugspray because mosquitos are relentless in the forest.
