This is from the public parking area. Locals are able to drive further from the public parking to about half the way for fishing and camping (which this part of the dirt trail may have mud in lower areas depending upon recent rains so bring appropriate footwear). After arriving at a rock barricade to prevent vehicles from driving any further, the trail becomes sandy to the end. Wear plenty of sunscreen and bring extra water as there is NO shade. This is a moderate walk assuming you bring enough water. There is NO drinking water along walk.
