My 3rd trip with the Adventure Running Co tribe. Body beaten but not defeated. Mind blown. Spirit soaring. Soul satisfying.

"As soon as I saw you, I knew a grand adventure was about to happen.”~Winnie the Pooh
“A lot of people say I don’t feel fear, or that I don’t fear death, but that’s just not true. I just have more of an acceptance that I will die at some point. I understand that, but I don’t want to baby myself along the way. I want to live in a certain way, which requires taking a higher degree of risk, and that’s acceptable to me.”~Free Solo Climber, Alex “No Big Deal” Honnold

Yosemite has long been on my Bucket List. To finally visit there is gratifying. To accomplish the tour as a trail runner - mind-blowing. Spending 35-hours running/power-hiking park trails enabled us to take in an incredible amount of awe-inspiring, photogenic vistas.
Many challenges on this adventure. When all is said and done, the fondest memories remain.
Bad news-my right ankle gave out at about mile-8 of the last day. Diagnosis-moderate/severe lower ankle sprain. Good news-It happened with only 5-miles remaining in a 5-day period that totaled 94-miles.
COMPOSITE TOTALS= 94 Miles/17000’/MILES RUN=70?
