Awesome hike. Starts out in a burn but very soon at the Wilderness Boundary the forest is green and beautiful. This trail is 4.5 - 5 miles to Twisp Pass totaling 6.6 miles to Stiletto Lake. The trail is rougher, longer and steeper ( 6.6 and 3300 ft) than other Hwy 20 Larchy hikes. Scarlet colors were brilliant. Larches began along Stilletto trail at 6500ft and were just beginning to turn. The lake is a perfect cirque lake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
