Beals Point-North 6 miles out and back
Very hot 100 degrees. Full pack at about 24lbs. Felt a bit heavy at first but seemed to grow into it. Very thirsty and drank all of the 1-1/2 liters of water I took. Nice trail around Folsom lake with some up and downs. Good test and pack was somewhat comfortable but will need some adjustments. Need to scale back on the weight.
