Great and quick skin track up. Great and open run down too! And snowboarders can get back to the parking lot without transitioning!

Super bushwacky up to 1200. Box canyon does not cross. Exit where river spreads out south of the canyon

Nice hike, lush forest for first 4 miles. View of Juneau falls requires dropping down to informal overlooks. Careful of mountain bikers, seems to be mixed use trail. Some nice views of Kenai river valley and mountains.

Took day and a half before the views sprang up!! Woods and creeks. Resurrection pass was gorgeous. Campgrounds were great right up until past Devils cabin. Too far in between from then on. All in all the hike was beautiful!!

Nice mellow backcountry ski from Hummer Bay. This route follows the north facing ridge. East face of peaks cleaving avalanches while this route is stable.

Kayak float trip and class 1. Good water level and nice gravel bars to soak in the surroundings. Taking your time is a 3 hr float. Highly recommend waders

Super mellow hike on the Old Sterling Highway. Only hiked 2 miles, so I’m guessing it’s another 6-8 to the sunrise cafe. Another day.
