Deem Hills Loop via Circumference Trail
Overview
This is a difficult loop trail to Deem Hills in Deem Hills Recreation Area.
This trail goes by Deem Hills Park.
Getting Started
The trail starts out with a gradual climb through some very pretty desert landscape. As you approach the 1 mile mark you will enter the sections of the trail that are very rocky and steep as you progress along the south part of the trail. The large rock outcropping and boulders in the path make it a really fun hiking trail and very challenging mountain biking trail. The trail remains very rocky with a lot of loose gravel as you come around to the north side of the loop but the trail does smooth out as you approach the 4 mile mark. The trail becomes pretty smooth as you come back around in view of the housing developments and parking lot.
Taking Children
This trail may be challenging for young children, great for dogs.
