Pilot Cove - Slate Rock (7/25/19, 11:57:04AM)
Beautiful views similar to Table Rock and nice little waterfall with wading pool. Did this route clockwise (most say to go counterclockwise) so that the waterfall reward was near the end. Shuttled 2 cars so we did not have to walk another +1.5 miles on a gravel road to finish. Incredible mushrooms and fungi! The forest was decaying and creating new life before our eyes.
