This is a easy out and back trail in Cibola National Forest with great views, a plethora of wildflowers and wildlife, and even a small cave.

Getting Started
Drive up the Sandia Crest Road. The trailhead will be on your right, just past the 6 Mile marker. No fee required.
Parking isn't very structured due to recent logging activity, but there is plenty of room.
The trail starts by old the restroom building; no restrooms available.
Taking Children
Easy trail for children. Little elevation gains, plenty of shade, and much to explore makes it great for kids!
