This trail goes by Bur Oak, Carolina Backthorn, Virginia Creeper, Decomposers, Poison Ivy, Pond Turtles, The Secret of Antelope Springs, Antelope Spring, Redbud, Buffalo Spring, Dry Creek Trailhead, Rough-leaved Dogwood, Sycamore, Beaver Pond, Greenbrier, Travertine Nature Center, Little Niagara Falls, Little Niagara Picnic Area, Lost Cave Falls, and Travertine Island.
This is an alternate route for Buffalo Spring Loop via Antelope Springs Trail.
