Driving notes: BC HWY 28 is a two-lane highway with few passing lanes. Mix of twisties and long straight stretches. Highway 28 continues past Gold River down to salt water at the Government Docks. The waterfalls and view are a must.
NO cell coverage between Campbell River and Gold River. Watch for wildlife, slower vehicles and industrial vehicles.
