Mount Tom via Avalon Trail and A-Z Trail()

Solo hike. Cloudy, freeze-thaw conditions, with a bit of snow towards the top. Awesome hike. Not too cold, not too much wind. In fact, I overdressed and had to pull layers off to keep from soaking my clothes. Passed a dozen or so people on the way up. I was the last one down before dark. Had a visit from two mountain birds that wanted some food. The pair were following people up and down the trail.
