Beautiful mostly shaded hike along the creek with water falls and punch bowls. Even with our drought, there’s still running water. Although we just passed through, the campsite was being used and was large and flat, there were about 6 tents with room for more if needed.
There is a steep spot past the campground down to the water but someone tied a rope which was very helpful (bring gloves or use your sleeves to protect your hands).
Not a hard hike, kid friendly if they can do the distance about 7 miles rt. You can also get in the water if you want to cool off.
Oh, we crossed the creek several times but there were plenty of stones and it’s easy to stay dry, not sure after rains what that will be like.

Public Tracks
Slide & large punch bowl beyond the main falls.
This is the shortest route to the natural rock slide and largest punch bowl. You can make it shorter if you don't go down to the first waterfall and go directly to the slide.
