Meadow Run Loop Trail(edit)

Overview

This is a moderate loop trail to Flatrock in Ohiopyle State Park. The highlight of this hike is a natural waterslide along Meadow Run. Hikers are able to slide down into a pool below. There are also many interesting waterfalls you'll pass along the way.

Getting Started

There are two parking lots for this hike. One is along 381 South of the town of Ohiopyle and just across from Ohiopyle Road, and the other is off of Dinnerbell Road, also South of the town of Ohiopyle.

Taking Children

Given the fun nature of a natural waterslide, this hike would be great to take children on! There is some elevation, however the slope is relatively mild.
