Other tracks of the southern-most section of this trail are incorrect, continuing southward, crossing River Rd, then taking a fire rd to the canal (assuming you're coming from the north). This is the correct, blue-blazed trail, which heads west toward the Blockhouse Point parking lot before resuming the south-bound trajectory.
