Nice warm & sunny September (9/9/20) day. Steady grade up until a little flat (or false flat) before stream crossing which start the switchback section. A couple of spots in the last half mile gives on a peek of Mt Washington & a few other peaks. Rock pile at top ( somewhat bigger than our last hike up here 17 years ago. Comfortable hike down to complete a great enjoyable hike.

Mt Hale via Hale Brook Trail (7/19/15)
The morning forecast was for possible morning rain showers and the summit in and out of the clouds. As summit views are limited due to trees around the summit, it was a good matchup. The possible rain became actual halfway up. We were prepared with rain gear so we continued on. The rain eased up before the summit and stopped while heading back down the trail, eventually becoming partly sunny.

Short hike, not technical at all. Not much to see but it is on the NH 48 lost.
