21-25, frigid, windy up top, sunny, gorgeous. Great hike despite the cold. Amazing views from Rocky Mount. 13 stream crossings (3 that I couldn’t rock hop), but we received a ton of rain the past 2 days. Solid cell service except for Gap Run. Some icy patches. Sharp knee pain descending Rocky Mount had me worried, but it quickly went away. Otherwise felt good, just sore from yesterday’s long run.
