Placerita Canyon Trail(edit)

Overview

This is an easy out and back trail in Angeles National Forest.

The trail takes you through canyons and along the ridge. The trail to Placerita Falls only adds slightly to the length, and is worth the extra effort to catch a glimpse of the falls in the lush canyon.

The area was scared by wildfire, so some sections may still be inaccessible.

Taking Children

Great hike for kids, but be sure to bring water and sunscreen on hot days.
