This is a easy out and back trail to Lottie Point in Deception Pass State Park.

This trail goes by Civilian Conservation Corps Interpretive Center, Rosario Picnic Area, Deception Pass State Park Kayak Tours, Cascade Marine Trail, campsite for human powered boats, Lottie Bay, Rosario Beach, Return of the Sea Stars, Rosario Head, Intertidal Zones, and The Intertidal Trail.
