Great hike undulating short ups and Downs nice challenge for new hikers beautiful views. You can leave the main trail to go up several different uphill choices . Different varying degrees of difficulty some can be quite challenging for medium degree hikers . Trail is wide enough for passing other walkers. Does have areas of rocks and roots, for the most part pretty flat
