Ruta de Senderismo Diciembre 2013 Parque Nacional del Teide Dificultad : fácil Distancia : 10 kilómetros -- 3 horas--bien señalizada Inicio : en el Centro de Visitantes del Portillo -- final --en el mismo lugar Ruta nº 1 de la red del Parque Nacional del Teide con múltiples conexiones ( nº 24 Portillo Alto--nº25 Recibo Quemado --nº 22 Lomo Hurtado--nº 29 Degollada del cedro ) partiendo del Centro de Visitantes (merece una visita ) en un cómodo camino iremos pasando varias pequeñas cañadas ,siempre con unas vistas fabulosas del Teide ,hasta que llegamos a una bajada donde tendremos la Fortaleza y la Cañada de Los Guancheros .Aquí subimos por el sendero nº 29 Degollada del Cedro ,por un terreno arenoso llegando a la Cruz de Frejel ,continuamos por la pista forestal de la izquierda para después de unos 800 metros tomar el sendero que nos lleva a la cumbre de la Fortaleza ,a la cual llegaremos en unos pocos minutos ,teniendo unas buenas vistas de la zona norte en días claros , del Teide, Montaña Blanca y Pico Cabras ,debido a las recientes lluvias no esta en buenas condiciones el sendero de bajada hasta la Cañada de Los Guancheros por La Punta del Risco, por lo que regresaremos por el mismo sitio. Wanderweg Dezember 2013 Teide Nationalpark Schwierigkeit: leicht Distanz: 10 km - 3 Stunden - gut ausgeschildert Home: im Besucherzentrum der Portillo - final - dort Route Nr. 1 des Netzes des Teide Nationalparks mit mehreren Verbindungen (Nr. 24 hohe Portillo - nº25 Empfang verbrannt - Nr. 22 Hurtado Lomo - Nr. 29 Cedar Meuchler) ab dem Besucherzentrum (sehenswert) auf einem bequemen Weg gehen durch mehrere kleine Schluchten, immer mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Teide, bis wir zum Stillstand kam, wo müssen wir die Stärke und der Guancheros von Kanada.Hier steigen wir auf Weg Nr. 29 Cedar Degollada, Sandy, die Ankunft in Frejel Gelände zu überqueren, weiter entlang der Strecke Wald auf der linken Seite, nach 800 Meter den Pfad nehmen, der führt an die Spitze der Festung, die in wenigen Minuten eintreffen wird, mit guter Aussicht des Nordens an klaren Tagen Teide und Weißen Berg Ziegen Spitze, aufgrund der jüngsten Regenfälle in gutem Zustand nicht den Pfad der Abstieg nach Kanada von die Guancheros von der Spitze der Klippe, so dass wir am gleichen Standort zurückkehren.
