Turtle Trail Loop(edit)

Overview

This is a moderate loop trail in French Creek State Park.

Getting Started

There are two potential parking areas for this trail. The first is off of Fire Tower Road. There is an unnamed road at 40.209636, -75.812809 which has a parking area to the right shortly after going on to the road. The trail crosses this road further up, and you can either go clockwise or ccw. The other parking area is on park road. Turn left after the entrance to French Creek. The parking area will be on your right shortly down the road. There is an access trail of about .5 miles which will take you to the loop. You can then choose to go cw or ccw. If you don't want to complete the entire hike, take the Ridge trail to cut out about half of the hike.
