Trail is obvious to the summit of Manuel Quimper. There are little to no trails connecting it to Thunderbird so be prepared to bushwhack you way.

    Too much of the trail is overgrown. The hike to Mt. Quimper was great but any fun quickly ended after that, especially in the last leg of the return trip.
