    Favorite hike in the Murfreesboro/Smyrna area. Rating should be Moderate, not easy. Great cardio workout. Recommend the Red Trail to the one mile Blue Trail loop. Also, recommend returning to the nature center on the same section of the Red Trail; otherwise, you continue on the Red Trail and end up walking on asphalt the last half-mile. No Bueno!
