Osmotherley to Blakey Ridge (C2C) 13/9/23 08:00:54
Longest hike to date on this Coast to Coast. Six peaks and over 1040m of climbing with highest elevation being 458m. Great weather with only 9°C at Start and a maximum of 17°C. Visibility was great and allowed us to see the North Sea at Middlesborough from the peaks. Last 2 hours along the old rail route was a drag. Tough day for the 3rd last and only surpassed in ascending by the 2nd day of C2C with 1200m of climbing.
