This trip is really nice. It's a short and quick little hike. However, it starts of steeply no matter how you start, gaining about 338 feet of elevation in a little over half a mile. The Jackson-Frazier Wetlands hike is easy. I'd put this as a moderate, but short. Expect complaining from small children unless they are exceptionally sturdy.
Nevertheless, it's a lovely hike. Great views and a long ridgeline section. A little muddy in March but not as bad as Bald Hill, which was muddy nearly the entire way.
