Rocky Hollow Loop (Trail 3, 4, 10)(edit)

Overview

Though rugged this trail takes you to the heart of Turkey Run...Rocky Hollow. It's a gorgeous little canyon hollow that is hemmed in with evergreen trees and massive sandstone cliffs. You almost feel like you are traveling back in time. Be ready to get your feet wet though because the creek becomes the trail as you hike. It takes on a completely different beautiful feel in the winter as massive icicles hang from the canyon walls, but be care because the ice makes the trail very slick.

Getting Started

Park at the Nature Center and head north.
