Strasburg Reservoir Loop via Tuscarora Tr and F66()

First half is a very ugly hike along an unmaintained ridge top trail -- rocky and overgrown -- with little views and no water. However, there is some nice camping and a beautiful stream along the forest service road on the return half of the hike.
