Overview
This is a long out and back hike (really 14 miles) that can be made into a loop using other trails in the area. It makes for a great overnight hike camping on the shore of Lake Monroe. The sunsets are especially nice.
Getting Started
Park on the west side of the Blackwell Horse Camp. The trailhead is indicated with a large sign.
Taking Children
This trail is not recommended for children.
