Overview

This is a moderate one way trail in Elbow-Sheep Wildland Provincial Park.

This trail goes by Porcupine Ridge.

Steep climb after the river up to the ridge. Last part of the ridge is quite exposed and requires scrambling.

Getting Started

Starts at the Wasootch parking lot. Follow the trail that parallels the highway north then goes up towards the ridge. Not well marked at the creek a few kms in. Follow the creek to the right (you may have to cross it a couple of times depending on water level) until you get to the trail up the ridge

Taking Children

Not kid friendly. Exposed and steep
