This is a beautiful hike taken in November 13 2020. The hike starts by constitution lake in Moran St Park and ascends 1700 ft to a trail junction. The route the traverses the northern border of Moran St Park to about 1300 ft. This leg of the trip is not commonly hiked but is worth the effort as it is very pretty. The junction is then reached to begin the ascent of the backside of Mt Constitution, another 1300 ft ascent. The loop is the closed and the trail is taken back via cold Springs again to constitution lake.
