This is a nice easy loop in Evansburg State Park. There are plenty of places to park your car and get on the trail; parking in the park itself off Mill Rd is nice because there are restrooms there. Hike is about 5 miles and includes some small up/downhill sections, but is overall pretty flat. Both ends of the trail are well marked with yellow blazes, but the middle is less well marked. Even after making a wrong turn, it is pretty easy to get back on trail. Lots of off-leash dogs around so be careful bringing a pup unless yours is very well behaved.
