Overview
This is a moderate loop trail in Sky Meadows State Park. This trail goes by Camp Washington and Camp Slater.
This is a nice hike pretty much any time of the year. But definitley have sunscreen in the summer. It wonders though the low open meadows and streams and heads up to the top for a great view. We always hike it counterclockwise so the we end with the view at the top and also avoid a strenous vertical at the beginning. This hike taps into part of the AT at the top if you want to add a couple extra miles in either direction.
