White Oak Canyon/Cedar Run
Walked up Cedar Run and down White Oak Canyon to avoid having to go down the steep rocky sections of Cedar Run. Beautiful views of water for most of the hike except the yellow marked horse trail. Strenuous but well worth it.
White Oak Falls Loop
Rough and strenuous both up and down.
Plan for plenty of time.
Did not get back to car until 10:30. Pretty cool that Lara pulled this off. Had a great time with her.
