This is by far in the top ten hikes I’ve done with my father. (We don’t usually go past the Palisades.) But, today my friend and I felt ambitious to go all the way to the highway 29. Past Oat Hill Mine trail we had to do some serious trail-making, hence there was not much of a trail we could make out. Once we found it, it was very rewarding. In the end of the great day, we frankly were very tired. Therefore, I don’t intend to go past the Oat Hill Mine trail with friends, that’s until the trail is clear from the undergrowth. — Henry
