Appalachian trail dunnfield creek
Worthington State Forest, NJ. Started at the Appalachian Trail (white blazes), turned onto Holly Springs Trail (red blazes), then turned right onto Dunnfield Creek (Green Blazes) trail to make a nice 4mile loop back to the parking lot. Make sure you turn right at the Dunnfield Creek trail, not left, or you'll wind up going towards Sunfish Pond instead of the parking lot. It's a tougher trail due to the rocks but if you take your time it's doable in about two hours, even with two big dogs. I have MS so I'm a little slower at walking/climbing but my husband and dogs really enjoy the challenge of the trail.
