Overview
This is a difficult out and back trail to Mount Baldy in Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.
The trail ascends a series of switchbacks, then begins gaining elevation more directly and heads nearly straight up the hill. Once at the intersection with Domerie Ridge trail, the trail then traverses the ridge top and is very pleasant.

Did this hike in late June and did not luck out with the weather. Cloudy and rainy most of the time and once I got up to the ridge there were some strong winds. On the plus side I didn't see another person the entire hike or even another car at the trailhead. Great views of Cle Elum Lake and the surrounding area.

Mt Baldy

Wild weather day, but we did see a rainbow over Lake Easton. It snowed off and on, and it was windy. My first time up to the summit of Mt Baldy. It is a very steep trail. We couldn’t see a thing when we reached the summit. We came gown about a half mile, ate our lunch, and noticed it was clearing at the summit, so we went back up and could see the lake fairly well. It was do cold at times that I had all my layers on.
