Gooseberry - Upper Falls Loop via Superior Hiking Trail and River View Trail(edit)

Snowshoeing Lower and Fifth Falls Trails at Gooseberry Falls SP This was crazy hard, my hands are freezing and turns out that when we got home I had a fever and a with a temp of 100.7 oral. The Lower Falls Trail was dangerously icy even with our super aggressive MSR Lightening snowshoes. We had hoped that we would get a Verified Completed status from AllTrails by doing only the Fifth Falls Trail but while resting and warming up at the visitor center we learned that was the to be so we strapped our snowshoes back on and did the lower falls which was a killer. Old people our age (73 and 72) really should not do such crazy things. But we got it.
