I’ve hiked the Ape Caves 3 times now and always enjoy it. It’s not a long hike but can be challenging at times when down in the lava tubes. Would highly recommend having a head lamp so your hands are free.

Great hiking with a strenuous exercise. GPS is not working underground, but picks up as soon as you exit the caves.
