Shenandoah National Park, Little Devil's Stairs to Keyser Run Fire Road. Nice 5.5 mi hike - strenuous first couple miles, ascending the Keyser Run gorge, but the rest was a nice walk in the woods. We took out time and sat for lunch, yet still finished in well under 4 hrs. (The gap was about 1,000 ft I accidentally had recording paused.)
