Thursday 32 F sunny 52F ** my first 52WAV one month two weeks (44 days) after hip replacement surgery. Muddy and wet trail conditions in the beginning but gradually ascend, great views, meet three ladies Mary, Lynn and Ann when we descend Pam Johnston and me. Pam was so patient with me and so happy be out with Pam!!’ ** second Mt. Israel with Pam and me on 11/5/21 Mile 4.01 miles 52 days after surgery Foliage was still on the mountains, view was fantastic and great weather. Snow on the above trail not so much. Pam and me. We had a great hike and weather was great Record Gaia the track but deleted by accident 🥲
