Mesquite Canyon Trail Loop(edit)

Overview

This is my favorite loop hike in the White Tanks. You can start this hike from Area 7 where there is plenty of parking, water and bathroom facilities at the trailhead. You will follow the Mesquite Canyon trail and ascent with a steady incline up the switchbacks that are well groomed and easy to follow. Enjoy the beautiful desert landscape and rock formations along this trail. When you reach mile marker 5 you will get on the Ford Canyon Trail for a short distance and then take Willow Canyon Trail at the next junction. You will follow Willow Canyon back to Mesquite and finish the lollipop loop. This hike has a lot of elevation gain so be sure to bring plenty of water and your camera.
