Caught the trail with the red markers from the Antietam Lake Trailhead at 305 Angora Road. The trailhead is small but has bathrooms and a bike station with an air pump and some basic bike tools for mountain bikers. The red trail takes a bunch of left and right turns, but they're all well marked. Crosses roads a couple of times. The first half mile of the trail has fragrant flowers in early June (hiked the trail again in August, but no flowers). Some rocky parts, but otherwise not too difficult. Would rate it as medium or a bit lower in difficulty.
