Sunny and warmed from 60 to 85. Bunch of tunnels, including one almost 2 miles to start and then finish after they shuttle you back to other side. Bunches of trestles, as well as history - mainly around Rail line, mining, 1910 fire, and wild prostitute and drinking towns that were around until 1980’s. Mountains were awesome. Surface could have been better - lots loose gravel and tough to go over about 10 mph. Grade was such that you could almost coast with occasional peddling, but no braking.
