Someone (a middle aged man from India) had nausea and was too slow. Because it was pouring down rain, I was relieved when the main leader arranged to have the assistant leader take him down after hiking with us for a short time. Otherwise, he would have slowed us down tremendously. He didn't want to turn around, but Beth gave him no choice.
